The First Two Weeks of My "So-Called" Holidays

So... it's not midnight now... what now? I realized that I can't write a post in blog comfortably in the middle of the night ANYMORE. If you know me enough you ought to know that I only do "work" under the moonlight. Yes, every WORK. I'm frustrated. Because of that damn practical stupid thing which will be going to "consume" my entire 4 months = 16 weeks = 64 days straight this year. I am so nervous and tension about it. For once, I can barely sleep.

I have to admit that I am not really into teaching. I DO love teaching. It's just, I feel there's something wrong about it. I feel something is missing. Yet, it seem right to everybody to think that I'm actually capable of it. -.-' Though I have no idea since when I have convinced them that I can do it.

How much I want to convince myself like I convinced the others. Funny. I am pretty sure that I have my own approaches to teach people, to make people understand a certain concept and to let them to realize how important of own that piece of "paper" (certificate) in this realistic world.

 I'm fucking STUCK right now!

Practical is suck! I know it's immature that I say it now as it still has three weeks time for it to become real. And probably I will regret that I ever complained about it (which I wish to). I don't know... I wish I have a time machine to transport myself to 5 months later and see how am I doing...(daydreaming). What if I couldn't speak in front of the students? What if I was being judged and rejected by the other teachers? What if the students were actually better than me? What if I couldn't make friends ? What if the students couldn't understand my lesson?
WHAT IF I FAILED MY PRACTICAL?????

Urghhh... Good luck to me yes?

Another SHOOT!

The most unexpected journey.
It was Peter's wedding.
I made plan with Alyssa that we decided to spend a day in Malacca city first before heading back to Triang.

Something that was unpleasant to my mood had happened though.
Me ( scared-easy-mice ), refused to answer call from my family while on our way to my Kampung.
This was because that I did not want them to know that we went to Malacca and spent a day there.
They would have killed me!
So, unfortunately, I did give my father Alyssa's phone number. He called her to know our whereabouts, and I asked her NOT TO ANSWER IT ! hahaha.
That would be the first time she ever yelled at me.
Her face was so serious and gave me some parenting-lessons.
I am not sure if she still remembered this. But yes I do.

I believed we had a great time over the wedding ceremony and stuff.
Wonderful time ended fast like usual.
So before we departed from Triang, we found a good spots for photoshooting.
People said this was the HOTSPOT for taking good photo. And I saw a lot of my friends did the shoot here as well.

I have a lot of memories with this railway station. It is more than 50 years old now. It does look old and and rusty. I used to pass by this house with my relatives when we decided to have a shopping day in Mentakab ( 45 minuntes away from Triang, where my aunt stayed ).
p/s: there is not Mcdonalds in Triang 20 years ago.

How I missed taking train, watching the views ran pass me so fast,  the blowing wind if I managed to sit at near the window, holding my train ticket so tight in my hand so that I would not get kicked out by the ticket-guy !

Love is Everywhere !

08062014

The greatest day in my life.
Well in more accurate, it was the greatest-est day in Peter's life ! It's his big day !!

"JUST MARRIED"
Congratulation! Peter and Jaclyn have finally tied the knot!
On the other hand, daddy and mommy successfully putting one of their children into another stage of life !

How great was that having a never-leave-you-behind-partner to share our life with! No one could really answer this, not until they have experienced it by themselves. I have always wished that I could be one of those. Doing stuffs together, sharing thoughts, concerning each other and enjoy every minute while we could still breath and until the death tear us apart. :)
Can I be the one of the lucky ones?

Anyway!
Let's talk about the wedding :)

The weather was pretty nice.
Everybody woke up early to make sure everything was up to the time. Timing is something that we cannot mess around when it comes to religious and superstitious matters. It is a huge responsibility.
For instant, the ritual procedures, the words that need to be said by the person who in-charge of the ceremony, the arrangements of the altar, the tea ceremony and etc.

All these was to make sure we did not break certain rules and to avoid "Ti Gong"( Sky God) and "Zo Xin"( Ancestor) to feel "unsatisfied". It is believed that if we did something unpleasant in front of "them", the newly-wed couple would not get blessing in their marriage.

Therefore on this morning, every single instruction was followed accordingly. From preparing the praying stuffs, arranging the tables and chairs, tidying the home to deciding who will open the door for the bride and etc.!

Such warm and beautiful.

Daddy, 7th uncle, mommy, my third brother and 6th aunt !

Introducing you my eldest brother - John ! ;)

The beautiful flower-decorated car.

My daddy. ;)

I was so glad that everybody was giving their helping hands.
I was glad? yes glad because I could do lesser thing ! LOL ~
I guessed my job was stay accompanied with my college friend (more to sister now)- Alyssa.
This is the first time she came to town.

She is such a sweet person that the fact that she agreed to join my brother's wedding hit me so strong. If it wasn't her, I would be able to attend my brother's wedding as we both would have our first paper in the next Monday morning.
Still she voluntarily to send me back and forth between cities, she is fabulous!
Well, guess who was the happiest person?
Of course lah UNCLE TONY !

Here's my parents and Prince Of The Day !
According to the tradition, parents need to help the groom to put on his suit and the boutonniere.

What would be the most fun stuff to do?
YAA! The challenges given by the bride's !
It was time for the groom and his team went to the bride's house!
Check on the pictures to see their green faces !

Yeah you saw it right.
Groom's team was meant to be "bullied" by the maids of honor or sisters or any of her female friends! The boy's team would be asked to fulfill every single request asked by sisters.
The purpose of this game was to make the groom to realize that how precious the bride is. That he had to go through  a few of challenges/ level to reach the destination ( see the bride/ open the door of the bride).
Nowadays, the challenges will be done by the groom's buddies as to protect the handsomeness of the groom on that day.
"Brother-spirit" they said!

Tradition: The youngest boy in the house will be asked to open the door for the bride.
#He is my beloved boy !
Entering and giving salute

Tradition : Tea Ceremony( New couple will be serving tea all the elders people in the house )

That is me. Greeting my brother and sister in law.

What's next !!!??

Tradition : Children will be asked to jump on the bed of the new couple to give bless for new baby to come!

The Banquet

There you go ! "Let the feast begin!"
We were such a good team in doing this !
I was so happy and touching when I saw them cooperating nicely to register every single guest ! ;)

This was the moment they had been waiting for years!

Nexttt!!! :p

He is the best singer I ever see my life! (Daddy Tony ! I bet you will definitely fall in love with him when he starts singing ! )

Group photos time!

I had been listening to a lot of my friends ( other races ) talked about "yamseng !"
So, this is how "yamseng!" would look like !Feel the mood !

It's time to say goodbye. At the end of the feast, dad, mom and also the newly-wed couple were standing outside the hall to farewell every guest. We were so glad that they made it to attend the dinner. Some of them were living so far away from us and they were willing to drive to Triang just to turn up for my brother's wedding. I love you !

All I wanna say is, " I LOVE YOU!"
